The Apartment
The apartments are all 2-bedroomed with lounge, kitchen, two bathrooms and 25 sq metre balconies.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything from a garlic crusher to a washer/dryer and even a teapot to satisfy the English need for a good “cuppa”.
Briefly: - microwave, oven and hob, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, all crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and linen.

The kitchen opens out with a breakfast bar to the comfortable air-conditioned lounge with suite including a sprung full size double sofa bed, LCD TV, DVD, CD/Hi-Fi and large patio doors to the beautiful 25 sq metre balcony. Here you can watch the world go by each equipped with table, chairs, loungers and footstools to make lunch or evening a truly relaxing experience
The master bedroom has en-suite bathroom with marble sink,
bath, bidet and toilet and the second bedroom is furnished in the same style with solid ash furniture and all have memory foam mattresses for that all important good night’s sleep.

Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and in the hallway is a further wardrobe for those using the lounge as accommodation.
The second bathroom also has marble fittings and glass shower cubicle.
The apartment is light and airy but with a relaxed feel and attention to detail throughout.

The Complex |

“Balcon de Los Gigantes, as its name suggests, overlooks Los Gigantes and is a newly built complex situated conveniently for shops and restaurants, whilst being a safe environment for
families and children. It has marble entrance halls with video phone security and its common areas are beautifully landscaped. |
Three of the apartments open on to the swimming pool area, one with its terrace overlooking the pool ideal for those with small children. There is a beautiful free-form swimming pool, Jacuzzi and children’s pool and ample sun-beds to relax in.
There are lifts to all floors and disabled access is not a problem.
There is car hire available on site and other amenities within a 2 minute walk of the complex.
